Berry Jelly

1 Strawberry Jelly (or 2)
mixed fruit berries
Use a 2lb loaf tin.
1. Make up a strawberry jelly ( we find that we have to use less water with our jellies or they are two watery)
2. Let it cool (or help it along by putting container in cold water) but don't let it set.
3. Place red fruit at bottom of tin (I put a strawberry in each corner then some raspberries and blackcurrants scattered around)
4. Pour jelly in to just cover the fruit and put into the fridge for half hour till set
5. Put more fruit in and cover with jelly making sure the jelly is cool. Set again for half hour.
6. Fill up remaining space in tin with jelly. (I had to make up another jelly cos my tin is big)
This can be made 2 or 3 days ahead.
Put tin into sink with hot water up to rim for about 30secs. Have a plate ready (that is wet with cold water) This allows you to centre the jelly. Otherwise it can sit on the edge of the plate and you cannot move it. Wipe off any bits of water and put some red fruits around the jelly on the plate.
It looks and tastes delicious.
Serve with cream. Guaranteed success.
